As Senior Executive in Charge of the U.S.P.S. in the State of New Jersey during 2018-2024, it has been my responsibility to efficiently manage a team of ten Operations Managers and a integrated support team overseeing 700 postal retail/contract sites with a billion-dollar budget. “The district” is comprised of approximately 14,000 employees in delivery and retail services managed by 1000 subordinate managerial team members. The primary tasks assigned, and achieved multiple years is comprised of providing successful customer service satisfaction in conjunction with corporate productivity and financial performance goals which has been achieved utilizing extensive leadership skills via coaching, training, mentoring & accountability/recognition of employees. The NJ postal district services 4,212,203 postal customer addresses in the NJ Garden State.As an Executive Plant Manager in Teterboro NJ USPS, 2015 -2018, I was tasked with service reliability, plant efficiencies and financial performance savings in plant processing, maintenance, and logistics in Teterboro NJ. In this Executive role, I was responsible for the overall managing of 600 employees, distribution, and transportation of mail inventory via package, letter, and magazine processing machines and dispatch for over 200 postal units as well as 286 nationwide feeder plants and airports.I also possess extensive oversight experience in Human Resources, Safety, Resource Hiring, Finance, Auditing, Workmen’s Compensation, Learning Diversity & Development, Facilities, and Labor Relations as well as Customer Marketing & Relations. I have acquired these skills in the culmination of more than 36 years of service in on-the-job training.
