-Preload Operations Supervisor in one of UPS Small Package Operations largest facilities on the West Coast.-To date, I have been responsible for supervising the successful loading of parcels to our loyal customers, building and leading a team to success, driving results, and mentoring the incredible UPSers who load the parcel into each package car with accuracy and care.

-In this role I refined my retail sales skills, customer service skills, effective communication skills, level of experience in the retail space, and the ability to drive individual, and store sales.-From my date of hire in October 2018 through June 2019, I exceeded $250,000 in net sales (20% of the store's net sales).-As the store and company’s highest producer, I worked confidently with all customers that entered our doors to make sure that our brand’s values and mission were on full display each and every day. - I epitomized and demonstrated the “every day should feel this good” brand motto with positivity, drive, and passion.

-Performed leadership duties with confidence, empathy, and transparency in an effort to best represent the University's 6,500+ undergraduate students.-Planned, facilitated, and maintained order during Student Body Senate meetings. -Provided the support and guidance needed to expedite progress made within the Student Body Senate. -Served on the Student Affairs Committee to voice the concerns of the Student Body to members of the University Administration.-As Speaker of the Student Body Senate, I was one of the 7 voting members that managed and allocated the University's Student Reserve Fund’s $250,000 allotment for registered student organizations on campus. As a result of strategically allocating that $250,000; our student organizations yielded over $2,500,000 in Philanthropic fundraising for various charities across Los Angeles.-As a voting member, I reviewed each and every application to identify possible liabilities, lies, mistakes, or ways in which an event may not follow University values and mission.

-Unanimously elected the first ever Senator for Sorority and Fraternity Life due to success as President of Greek Life, my proactive mentality, and reputation as one of the most sincere, productive, positive, fun, and respected Greek Leaders on Campus.-I helped make the University a better place to attend, with the help of my fellow senators, by using my leadership positions to create necessary events like the first ever Mental Health Summit, and as a prominent influencer and leader on campus, opened up and helped others struggling with mental health by doing so.

-My responsibilities included: Bringing together 200-250 college students each month for a positive networking and social experiences at various premium venues around Los Angeles.- To do this, I managed a four person team that worked to maximize the exposure of events and drive ticket sales by providing unparalleled customer service, being influencers on campus, and creating consistent positive experiences.-Through experiences with Moment Entertainment, I learned an incredible amount from my mentors about the immense logistics, planning, hospitality, and marketing that goes into every successful event, regardless of the size.

-As an Event Marketing Intern, I was able to learn, and begin to master the ins and outs of the event planning process in the luxury lifestyle apparel segment, as well as how to provide exceptional customer service.-This process included corporate event sponsorships, setting up pop-up retail shops at events, traveling to events to sell product, providing the best customer experience possible, and building brand awareness and loyalty.-In an effort to maximize efficiency communicating with key media contacts and influencers, I reorganized the company’s influencer spreadsheet by labeling each influencer by level of influence, promotional products sent to them in the past, sizes in footwear and apparel, as well as their hobbies.-I also ran each "influencer" through an algorithm that let me know whether the “influencer” had paid for followers and likes. This was in an effort to rid the influencer spreadsheet of "free riders" who yielded nothing to the brand, had dismal spheres of influence, yet had previously been regularly receiving promotional marketing products.-Due to my expansive skill set, willingness to help out wherever possible, and outgoing personality, the VP of Marketing gave me access and control of the brand’s Instagram account with the task of reaching out to high profile social media influencers, bloggers, photographers, and editors, in an effort to gain maximum exposure for the launch of the company’s “Sneaker” campaign.

-Being a leader and the figurehead of a 1,700 person Greek Student Body, I was successful by creating inter-fraternalism and bringing people from all organization’s together for events. -I was responsible to the administration with problem-solving, and making Greek Life more efficient and more sustainable at Loyola Marymount University.-With the support of my council, I signed into order a plan to change the structure of the entire Greek System which allowed for an increase in much needed diversity and inclusion.-The structure of Greek Life at Loyola Marymount University is now three separate councils, because I felt like sororities, fraternities, and culturally based fraternal organization’s should each have their own voices, and councils.
