• As Vice President of Las Vegas Wranglers, oversee day-to-day business operations of entire organization and management of staff of ten.• Plan, implement and serve as producer for all aspects of in-arena marketing and game presentation for the Las Vegas Wranglers including game scripts, national anthems, special presentations, music, video, LED ribbon, on-ice contests, concourse activities, in-arena promotions and advertisements.• Serve in a hockey operations capacity responsible for all immigration applications, player housing, furnishings, utilities, travel and accommodations, per diem, and meals.• Serve as human resources director responsible for employee benefits, policies, and procedures.• Assist with managing of cash flow including accounts payable and corporate financial statements. Assist with development of budget in excess of $3 million for entire Las Vegas Wranglers organization.• Manage entire Las Vegas Wranglers printing budget, over $60,000 in expenditures and trade agreements.• Create and implement corporate sponsorship fulfillment program for all Las Vegas Wranglers sponsor and trade partners, over $500,000 at its peak.
