Started as an analyst and ended as SOC Lead.- Administered IT security tools including packet recorder, security information and event management (SIEM), intrusion detection (IDS), network access control (NAC), web content management, e-mail intent analysis, and vulnerability management.- Optimized network firewall by removing 200 of 1000 unused or overlapping rules and prioritized rules by use.
