Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our client’s overall business goals.• Provide insight and recommendations for technology investments and innovations.• Assess management reporting and planning• IT risks mitigation planning• IT Governance and Management:• Oversee our implementation and management of IT policies, procedures, and best practices for our clientele.• Ensure IT systems and operations comply with industry standards and regulations.• Manage IT budgets, including forecasting and cost control.Technology Leadership:• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on technology-related matters.• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance business operations.Project Design and Oversight:• Responsible for the design and implementation of scalable IT infrastructure solutions, overseeing all phases of technology projects from planning to review of implementation working with our Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery within budget constraints.Security and Compliance:• Plan and develop robust cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and IT assets with the assistance of our Technology Alignment Manager based on company needs and goals. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to IT and data privacy.Stakeholder Communication:• Communicate IT strategy and updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.• Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and industries.-Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts and increase market share.-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.-Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.-Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.-Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.Outside Sales:-Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.-Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.-Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities from initial contact through to closing.-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and client satisfaction.-Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Duties:-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships-Understand clients’ business needs, provide tailored solutions to meet those needs-Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and addresing issues or concernsStrategic Planning:-Develop and implement account strategies that align with clients’ goals, drive-Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling -Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best PracticePerformance Tracking and Reporting:-Track and analyze account performance metrics, sales growth, client satisfaction, and project outcomes-Prepare and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement-Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance account management strategiesContract and Agreement Management:-Negotiate and manage contracts and (SLAs) to ensure clear expectations and compliance-Review and address any contract-related issues Problem Solving:-Address and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the course of client engagements-Implement corrective actions and solutions, prevent future problems and improve client satisfaction-Act as a mediator between the client and internal teams Sales and Business Development:-Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts Administrative Tasks:-Maintain accurate up-to-date records of client interactions, project status, and account details in CRM -Prepare and manage documentation, including proposals, contracts, and invoicesContinuous Improvement:-Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.-Seek feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in account management processes.-Implement best practices and innovative solutions, enhance client satisfaction and account performance.
