The company has evolved over the years from a retail computer shop with extensive repair capabilities into a commercial network solutions provider focused on managed services. Through the years I've gone from direct involvement in the delivery of consulting services to sales engineering and broad management roles. My education over the years has been a combination of training related to the products and solutions we offer as well as a lot of experience based learning. I continue to attend conferences and training events as we strive to remain relevant and well positioned to offer our customers a broad menu of solutions that changes over time. My strengths include customer relationship management, communications, strategic planning and execution. 26 years in business has given me a profound respect for change and the need to find opportunities to navigate my company into the many new areas they create.
