Michael Dembitsky is a Partner in the Oracle practice of Price Waterhouse Coopers. As an US Army Veteran, Michael has very strong leadership and problem solving experience and skills which he brings to helping solve some of his client’s complex issues. Michael has over 25 years’ experience leading transformational programs enabled by technology solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of the overall business. In most recent years Michael has gained considerable experience assisting clients with implementing consistent auditable processes control objectives and risk management strategies. Michael has experienced multiple Oracle PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite and Cloud ERP implementations which have included process assessment, job impact analysis, software selection and post go-live support. Michael brings a strong strategic enterprise view minimizing the risk of heavily integrated and segregated environments and extensive experience working in a highly multi-cultural environment with highly complex cultural dynamics. Michael has experience assisting multiple global complex organizations with transforming their business and teams to be more effective and fit for growth. Michael has designed and implemented multiple Oracle transformational solutions in over 35 countries across Asia, Europe and the Americas with shared service and center of excellence models employed.
