With over 25 years of experience in the group benefits industry, I am a senior sales representative at Voya Financial, a group benefits leader that provides group life, disability, Absence/Leave, stop loss, voluntary benefits HSA, FSA, HRA and Cobra to employer groups with 200 or more employees. I am passionate about helping my clients find the best solutions for their needs, while building strong and lasting relationships with them. I have a BS in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, which gives me a solid foundation for analyzing complex data and scenarios. I also speak Ukrainian, which allows me to communicate with a diverse range of customers and partners.At Voya Financial, I am responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing excellent customer service and support. I leverage my employee benefits expertise, insurance skills, and mathematical knowledge to create customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver presentations. I also work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as brokers, consultants, underwriters, and claims specialists, to ensure smooth and successful implementation and administration of the group benefits programs.
