Senior People Operations Specialist
Current-Serve as Project Manager for cross functional projects that connect with broader People Team initiatives and programs-Partner with internal stakeholders to understand gaps and challenges in current processes and programs to ultimately drive future improvements-Draft Standard Operating Procedures for core People processes as well as internal protocols and best practices-Maintain offer letter and global employment agreement templates-Work closely with internal and external auditors to help gather relevant SOX and technical compliance related documents -Collaborate with equity and compensation teams to ensure accurate administration of monthly new hire equity awards-Own quarterly and annual knowledge base articles and job aids governance review-Maintain and review document central repository strategy-Assist with EEO-1 reporting and other statutory required reporting-Participate in People Team initiatives, roadmap planning and ongoing status meetings-Perform regular audits, creating and adhering to reference documentation to ensure data integrity throughout systems and reporting
