Achievements:• Designed and implemented Surface Laptop Box-build fully automated test line, including: 2 robotic work cells, the first work cell includes 8 sets of SITs (Signal Integration Test) testers, the second work cell included 8 sets of CCs (Color Calibration Test) testers, the 2 robotic work cells were connected with conveyors and common carriers.• Designed and implemented 4-ups complicated PSP (Product Specific Parts) for Xbox S and X series Box-build test platform which is capable for 4 Xbox consoles to be tested in parallel in one tester.• Designed and implemented Xbox S and X series Box-build fully automated test production line, 1 fully automated test line included: 2 sets of Hi-Pot testers, 4 robotic work cells for 24 sets of X-Stress testers (1tester has 24 test slots); 3 robotic work cells for 9 sets of ACTs (Assembly Compacted Test) testers (1 tester has 4-up PSP embedded in), all the work cells were connected in series with conveyors and common carriers. • Designed and implemented Surface laptop connectors common test platform, including: 6-ups with 3 PSP, Automated DUT holder sizing adjustment for different sizes of laptop with PLC driven motors and pneumatics, automated load/unload DUTs from common carriers and conveyors.
