Further accelerating HWTE automation capabilities to be at least 1 program ahead of schedule (proved out 0->1 and 1->n within same program) • Call foul on bad ideas and provides appropriate push-back to engineers and managers. Helps the company avoid bad technologies, designs, and business decisions.Achievements:• Designed and automated 4x Quest 3 FATP test main lines (loading/Laser Fast AE/Alpha/ OC SWDL &Laser Prov/ IR/FRGB/ /IOT CAL/unloading) and 4x Packout test lines (Loading/Pairing/Provisioning/Pre-load/Gate keeper/Unloading) for Quest 3. • Designed and automated 2x Quest 3 full OMI test line at GOS and 1x full OMI test lines at GSEO (loading/MOT/MBT/VID/EEPROM/unloading).• Designed and automated 2x Quest 3 full SMT test lines (loading/De-panel/ SWDL Test /RF Test/unloading) For Quest 3 Controller. and 2x full SMT test lines for Quest 3 HMD (Loading/SWDL Test/Underfill &Reflow/UV& Curing/De-panel /FCT test/RF test/Unloading)• Designed and automated 4x FATP test lines for Quest 3 Controller (loading/LED Test/RF Test/ Button Test/ Unloading).• Designed and automated Quest 3S VR/MR product and expanded FATP test automation coverage up to 73% through designing new automation cell.
