My responsibilities include the facilitating of comprehensive credit analysis that evaluates the existing facilities in my portfolio. The loan portfolio consists of all types of commercial loans including, but not limited to, lines of credit, time notes, and commercial construction loans. My main job duty includes the administration of all construction loan activity detail within the New York region for the bank, while adhering to pertinent laws, and regulations. I was also brought on to the bank as a Portfolio Manager to help with creating a standard policy and bank procedure for the monitoring of commercial construction loans.Some of my duties include:-Partner with the Loan Officer, Closing Attorney, Processor and Customer to ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, including review of the Building Loan Agreement.-Review closing package for evidence of satisfactory equity contribution, construction budget, G702 forms/supporting documentation.-Create the necessary departmental excel tracking schedules.-Review monthly funding package from customer and decision disbursement.Some of my other duties as Portfolio Manager include:-Facilitating the preparation of credit underwriting and analysis of existing loans in connection with renewals and modifications. Assist in facilitating closing of transactions. -Assist lenders in managing past due and maturing loans-Assists Lenders to ensure customers are being serviced as needed -Act as liaison with Commercial Loan Processing and Service Departments, Loan Review and Audit as required-Provide the highest level of quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
