As Senior Manager of Development at Recurrent Energy I am responsible for leading the company's development efforts in the Central U.S. which includes ERCOT, MISO, and SPP.

In my role as Solar Development Manager at E.ON, I focused on site origination and greenfield development of utility-scale solar projects in the Eastern United States. I managed the company's development pipeline in Texas and Alabama, and led the M&A due-diligence of projects in the Eastern US.

As Development Manager at OCI Solar Power (OCISP) I was responsible for business development, project management, corporate strategy development, and mergers and acquisitions. I was also responsible for all commercial aspects of project development for OCISP's 110 MW Alamo 6 project and 50 MW Project Pearl in West Texas. These responsibilities included management of: land lease negotiations and land owner relations; mineral rights acquisitions; title work and easement cleanup; environmental and regulatory permitting/studies; tax abatement negotiations and community relations; survey work; geotechnical studies; interconnection studies and interconnection agreements; power purchase agreements; and financial modeling. Project responsibilities also included support of: debt, equity, and tax equity financing; subcontractor management; EPC contract negotiations; civil and electrical plant design; production estimates; major equipment procurement; O&M; and SCADA. I also led the financial and project development due diligence for OCI's first acquisition in Mexico, the Los Santos Solar I project.

With AGEISS, I had the opportunity to expand my consulting skills and take on a larger role within the Air Force's EUL program at the Air Force Civil Enginner Center (AFCEC) by serving as its lead for energy-related EUL projects. In this role, I provided strategic, technical, and financial support to the Air Force's EUL program. I was responsible for providing strategic guidance, project management support, technical support, and financial analysis for multiple energy EUL projects across the U.S.Further, I had the opportunity to lead, facilitate, and support numerous programmatic initiatives for AFCEC: refining and streamlining current Air Force processes for EUL projects and renewable energy projects; formulating new business development methodologies; fostering proactive collaboration with major electric utility companies; combining methodologies for acquiring renewable energy projects; studying potentials for the development of nuclear small modular reactors on Air Force installations; evaluating business cases and acquisition strategies for development of geothermal energy on Air Force installations.

Provided project management and technical consulting services to the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (DASA). With Booz Allen, I served as Air Force project manager for multiple utility-scale renewable energy generation projects, provided technical and financial support to the Air Force’s Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) program and served as lead for all energy EUL projects.I also helped to pioneer and develop the Renewable Energy Financial Value Calculator & Renewable Energy Screening Tool for DASA & AFRPA. The Renewable Energy Screening Tool project for DASA was a great success, and led to a follow-on contract for Booz Allen to setup the Army Energy Initiatives Task Force (EITF).Key project management activities included: providing project management support to multiple renewable energy EUL projects; coordinating teams of Air Force stakeholders and leveraging diverse skill sets of subject matter experts on pro formas, documents, & briefings that were presented to senior Air Force leadership; briefing senior Air Force leadership on the business cases and associated risks with pursuing various renewable energy projects.
