Due to some life changing personal and family matters I have decided to walk away from a great but all consuming position in order to focus on me and a family member. In order for me to move forward I have decided to go back. Back to my love of writing and the passion of articulating news, information and stories. It has been a blessing to have garnered so much knowledge, experience and excitement in fields and activities that bring me joy and challenge. My first loves were cycling, hockey, football, music, cars and writing. However, a time came for a directive and so I went to a auto tech school and gratuated top of my class in thirteen months. It was a great time but I needed more. I became a independent contractor in home remodeling so I could afford time to competitive cycling. At this time I revisited my passion for writing and political journalism. With some acclaim but no real reward back to work I went. Finding the wine industry was a very suiting position as I was knowledgeable from a past retail gig. For almost nine years I worked my butt off and thought that this would be it...the last job. The illness hit in 2020. Me and a family member who I now care for were hit hard and so here we are. With everything I have left I will write and get back on the bike.
