Duties include but not limited to the following: Doing daily supply checks on assigned units throughout the hospital and creating a supply order based on present needs of that unit. Building and delivering orders based off of orders that were generated either that day or during off hours. Ensuring that the supplies on the units are not expired and ensure that they are placed in the accurate areas. Perform cycle counts in the store room to ensure that the supply numbers are accurate. Assist the receiving dock manager in delivering packages throughout the hospital and receive them into Lawson as well. Assist the surgical teams by building supply carts with supplies needed for the following days cases or cases that may have been added for the current day and restock their rooms and main inventory at the end of the day. Ensure that all areas in the hospital are neat and clean in an organized fashion.

Duties include collecting and Inputting data involving patient care such as meal intake and vital signs, collecting patient blood sugars for the nurses, tear down and build new patient charts, make copies of various reports and complete faxes, keep the units stocked at all times with office supplies and food, answer and make phone calls, complete rounding tasks watching over the patients well being, transport patients to the unit and off the unit around the hospital for either discharge or for various tests.
