Responsibilities:- Plan Management/Client Consulting - Subject matter expert for all administration and client requirements; manage requirements changes through Operations Managers.- Lead and facilitate updates for all requirements documents, plan provisions, administrative events, compliance adherence and interface documentation.- Primary resource to client, client team, shared services, and supporting services.Client Management:- Participate in internal and external acceptance review process for clients in ongoing delivery.- Conduct ongoing client status meetings.- Manage ongoing delivery of Annual Enrollment (Health & Welfare).- Record and review project scoping, budgeting and change order records along with the Lead Systems Analyst(s).- Develop in-depth client understanding to identify ways clients can be better served; coach others on providing high quality service and building strong client relationships. Use client knowledge to anticipate needs. Manage Talent & Resources:- Build domain knowledge within the Benefits Operations Manager (BOM), Systems Analyst (SA) and Benefits Analyst (BA) roles.- Leverage the talent/resources on the team to generate results and meet the client’s needs.- Monitor associate performance to ensure that results are achieved in an effective/efficient way - whether a direct or indirect manager.
