Key responsibilities included process design, system testing, and implementation planning/cut over.- Managed implementation of Red Zone Production Productivity tools at Jonestown and Laredo distribution centers- Led Operational Response to Ransomware attack that allowed the business to continue servicing customers with full system restoration within 48 hours of incident.

- Managed multi-year full ERP replacement project from legacy Famous Software to Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2013 Classic at 3 Distribution Centers and 1 remote Sales Office. Responsibilities included all business process design, gap analysis and resolution, report writing, system testing, and user training.- Managed all aspects of build out of new Data Center and transitioned all services from legacy Head Office data center improving business capability, implementation of full backup process, and improving redundancy of key applications- Member of Produce Marketing Association (PMA) Supply Chain Efficiency task force that built and published the ‘Implementation Guide for Fresh Produce Data Standards and Synchronization’

- Tier 1 and Tier 2 service desk support for all United States distribution centers- Led implementation of RFID requirements for Walmart in all United States facilities- Led technical onboarding of purchased farm entities in Maroa IL and Brush Co- Managed full distribution center transition from old 50,000 sqft facility into 250,000 sqft facility. Responsibilities included all IT spend, structures cable runs and termination, facility security, wireless controller and access point installation, Refrigeration system setup and management, and user transition to new site.- Managed IT responsibilities of Robocom Warehouse Management System implementation including process design, system configuration, RF screen configuration, testing, and user training.
