• Develop web based UI in ASP.Net 1.1, 2.0 to be used by our support organization.• Team development of our Remote Diagnostics tool, which allows support personnel to remotely diagnose Dictaphone software. • Created and maintained the Identitech Call Tracking System (CTS). CTS was a web based call tracking system tied to an MSSQL database, which I created. CTS has a variety of stored procedures which generate reports and tie in to the Identitech accounting software, and Document Management software to retrieve and update data. • Assist Network Administrator with database backups, restorations, and performance tuning on MSSQL databases. Also assisted with report writing and data gathering using Crystal Reports.• Installation and support of Identitech FYI Document Management system.• Creation of several web based forms using FYI Forms and JavaScript for several city government agencies. FYI Forms is an XML /HTML based package for creating database driven forms.• Onsite customer training and implementation of FYI Forms, basic HTML and JavaScript.
