Responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer and other C-Suite team members with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain strategic relationships & business agreements with Hospital Groups, ACO’s, Payers, and Third Party Administrators. Lead and develop clinical vision focused on measurable Patient Outcomes & overall Patient Experience / Satisfaction. Manage internal IT infrastructure, technology offerings, and overall efficiency & compliance. Facilitate communication between teams, team members, and stakeholders by acting as a resource across the entire organization to increase structure & consistency for strategic plans.

Manage field sales team to include overall company revenue growth, product & call focus, daily structure, activity reporting, and on-going performance measurement of set goals. Manage external Vendor relationships, product acquisition costs, and strategic partnerships. Establish Payer relationships and contracting. Refine, retool, and manage the Healthline Brand across external and internal media sources.
