• Facilitate NGL transactions by actively seeking new business opportunities as well as opportunities to maximize current NGL assets• Responsible for structuring economics evaluations, understanding value drivers, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements with shippers on behalf of Williams• Project management support in developing and implementing Williams’ overall NGL strategy• Provide NGL business development support to G&P commercial teams to ensure maximum NGL value within the processing agreements and serve as the NGL SME for broader Williams’ business development efforts • Responsible for building and maintain relationships amongst shippers and to stay abreast of NGL industry activities, regulations, trends, etc.

• Responsible for soliciting, evaluating, and negotiating gas purchase, gathering, treating, processing and other midstream services agreements with producers on behalf of Access Midstream.• Facilitate midstream transactions through different departments within the organization to ensure high quality customer service• Provide commercial support to Operations regarding existing contractual agreements between Access Midstream and the shippers on the system• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships amongst producers, midstream and transportation companies and to stay abreast of industry activities, regulations, trends, etc.• Project management, economic evaluations, and implementation of a commercial strategy for the respective basin

• Experience in land and offshore oil operations.• Supervised from start to completion numerous well-site cementing jobs.• Worked demanding hours with field supervisors in hazardous and remote locations.• Responsible for maintenance and operations of costly oil-field equipment.• Comprehensive safety training. Certified in chemical, transport, physical, CPR, fire, water survival, andothers.• Extensive management, leadership, supervisory courses completed in Houston, Texas: ElectronicEngineering Handbook, Leadership for Safety Excellence (Supervisors), Basic and Advanced CementEquipment, Cement Basic, Behavior Based Safety .
