Through market mapping and talent pool development we were able to execute (talent) acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs. Leading the function I worked across the entire portfolio (mining, manufacturing, recycling) and role disciplines (commercial, engineering, IT, sales, corporate), both locally and globally.
