Responsible for overall management of all data sets in the Fixed Income Asset Management suite of products. I work with fund administrators/custodians, senior market participants, and C-level prospects to ensure quality, completeness and timeliness of their consumed data while overseeing the expansion of fixed income data offerings.

Responsible for building out our Exchange Traded Instruments proposition; managing existing data feeds and commercializing new offerings out of under leveraged and not yet normalized data sets. One of a team of six responsible for data offerings with yearly revenues of ~700mm USD.

At Thomson Reuters I am responsible for ownership of a number of Fixed Income propositions and products as an individual contributor as well as leading a team of product managers. Key offerings managed include some of the following:eMAXX – eMAXX in Eikon is a database of bond holdings that provides coverage of more than 50,000 fixed income issuers, over 500,000 bonds and 1.8 million individual positions. This represents over $7trillion in total fixed income par held in more than 19,000 funds, each linked to the firms managing the debt and investment professionals employed at those firms.From 2006, standalone product revenues were increased every year, growing 78% until its incorporation into Thomson Reuters flagship product, Eikon.TRACE Viewer - Thomson Reuters TRACE Viewer is real time pricing feed visualization that provides access to fixed income transactions as they are being disseminated by TRACE. It allows the user to see all the reported OTC transactions as soon as they are made available to the market which in turn improves the transparency of the market pricing.Eikon for North American Fixed Income (NAFI) – Eikon NAFI is a Fixed Income specific variant of Thomson Reuters flagship offering, Eikon. I generate all product enhancement and change requests to ensure that the content remains current and germane. Across all products I am responsible for receiving and organizing functionality requests from customers and our worldwide sales teams. These requests are triaged into product releases where I build product specifications that serve as the basis for feature development by our engineers. I manage the release process from initial specification, scheduling the entire release timeline, testing and release to our respective production environments. Additionally I work closely with marketing teams in producing product collateral. I play an active role in setting commercials and commercial policy with the data feed products I am responsible for.

Co-founded a startup that provided a web based software solution for financial professionals designed to uncover bond trading opportunities that would have otherwise been undiscovered. Operated out of Manhattan, where the majority of our customers were located, servicing our customer base on the phone and on site. Our clients included Ferris Baker, Thomson Financial, JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity, Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, Advest, RW Pressprich, and others. BondAxe was acquired by Reuters in April 2006 where we incorporated BondAxe functionality into several of their fixed income offerings.

Managed and hired staff for operations, quality assurance and sales teams that saw growth from 10 employees at the time of my hiring to greater than 150 employees at its peak.Our offering was the first ever online based auction for Fixed Income securities which carried the largest ever online auction at the time, (USD35mm).

Internet Tools, acquired by Axent Technologies in 1999 (NASDAQ: AXNT)At Internet Tools I staffed a sales team that developed and managed a prospect pipeline from a standing start. We closed business over the course of a calendar year to the point of acquisition by, then publicly held, Axent Technologies prior to Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) acquiring Axent.At Axent Technologies I trained and sold with the entire network security sales team that successfully closed more than USD2mm business for my product in less than one year.
