• Manage the recruitment and selection process.• Organizing and managing interviews, making and contacting candidates as required.• Issuing of letters to staff (Employment Letter, Leave Letter, Suspension Letter, Warning Letter, etc.)• Assign duties and responsibilities to employees.• Updating employee records both physically and digitally.• Verifying employee attendance records and overtime sheets for salary calculation and other benefits.• Prepare and process staff salaries.• Manage leave requests and update leave schedules for the department and the company.• Ensure Monthly statutory payments like PAYE, PENSION, etc.• Facilitate conflict resolution.• Address employee inquiries about workplace policies and benefits.• Organize and facilitate employee training programs to support professional growth and development.• Processing of staff HMO and pension enrollments/requests.• Provide administrative support to key executives, including the Managing Director, General Manager, and Finance Officer.• Industrial Relations.• Issuing Safety Equipment and ensuring compliance with usage.

• Coordinate candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial resume reviews.• Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep recruitment data up-to-date.• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and employee introductions.• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.• Update and organize employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to process improvement and efficiency.• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related policies and procedures.• Collaborate with the Finance team for payroll ensuring accurate and timely processing.
