I am an Advisory Solutions Director at RafterOne, a Summit Salesforce Partner, with over 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. I began my Salesforce career as an administrator, quickly began leading Salesforce implementations and now focus on driving pre-sales efforts, helping clients design and implement custom solutions that maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across a wide range of Salesforce Clouds and products. I hold seven Salesforce certifications and accreditations, which reflect my commitment to staying at the cutting edge of the platform’s capabilities. Since 2020, I’ve also been a member of Salesforce's Manufacturing Partner Advisory Board, where I collaborate with industry leaders to shape and drive innovation in the manufacturing sector.I earned my undergraduate degree from Ohio University and an MBA in Technology Management and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. I pride myself on building strong, trusted relationships with clients and work hard to ensure their long-term success with Salesforce.Outside of work, I live in Chicago with my wife and two sons. In my free time, I enjoy biking, cooking, traveling, and cheering on my kids at their sports competitions.
