An architect with extensive experience leading the design and delivery of complex projects across a range of sectors that include; residential and retail-led mixed use, student living, housing projects (for sale, social, affordable and build-to-rent), urban regeneration and masterplanning in the UK and abroad. Working with clients in both the public and private sectors, I have engaged and negotiated with complex ownership groups and presented to a wide variety of bodies including developers and investors, government agencies, competition judging panels, large audiences and community groups.A skilled sketcher, I can quickly generate analytical drawings, conceptual ideas, proposals and details to convey complex ideas. I have the ability to develop strong and persuasive project narratives to lead design teams, engage with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders and communities to realise project ambitions. I have an MA in Urban Design and a rigorous approach to design development that helps me deliver ambitious and thoughtful designs for sustainable and commercially viable buildings and places. I am a registered architect in the UK and Ireland, a member of the RIBA and Fellow of the RIAI.
