CurrentManager of the The Capacity Planning and Constraints Management (MD-CAPCOM) team which centrally enforces and tracks all relevant constraints for the deployment of equipment (servers, electrical power, cooling systems, networking gear) in Google data centers.We execute on delivery of large, complex projects, managing to data center constraints (power, space, cooling, operations and network) in data center deploymentsWe create and manage physical layouts and standards and are responsible for the location planning for nearly all of Google's machine and network racks across Google Owned Data centers as well as Third Party Data centers.Evaluate the deployment impact and feasibility of new technologies.Manage and define tools for infrastructure planning and delivery.Leading projects to get fiber optics connectivity to our data centers on demand.Working with cross-functional teams to develop next version of dependency tracking for Google Servers arriving in our data centers to ensure we manufacture at the right time to avoid un-deployable Finished Goods.
