Commander Naval AIR Force Atlantic (COMNAVAIRLANT) - Norfolk, Virginia

• Integral member of the leadership team at a central command supporting U.S. Fleet Forces Command and other Naval commands with sustainable Naval Air forces globally. As AAS Program Manager, provide strategic planning.

• Integral member of the leadership team at a major Navy aircraft refit and component repair facility. Led 125 techs across five work centers performing intermediate maintenance and inspection of F/A-18 Aircraft Armament.
• Awarded sixth Navy Achievement Medal for “demonstrating exceptional leadership and management abilities” while leading the testing, troubleshooting and repair of ~8000 items of AAE. Directly responsible for the Work.
• Developed a Beyond Capability of Maintenance Management system to track all aircraft armament equipment. Uncovered a flaw in the Naval Supply Systems Command reporting of LU-127 and LAU-7 launchers, saving the naval.
• Noted as a “continual source of innovative ideas and positive contributions.” Engineered the establishment of a second shift, contributing to an AIRSpeed event that resulted in a 150% increase in Aircraft Armament.

Strike Fighter Squadron ONE Three SIX (VFA-136)

• Trained, scheduled, motivated, supervised and evaluated the efforts of 22 personnel performing maintenance, loading/downloading, and arming/dearming procedures on 12 F/A-18E/F Superhornet Jet Fighter Bombers. Molded.
• Management of the command’s Non-Combat Expenditure Allocation (NCEA), Conventional Weapons Qualification / Certification, and Aircraft Armament Equipment programs resulted in 100% NCEA utilization and 98% weapons.
