Developed, fielded and supported a classified Web portal which initially served AIA, and was expanded to serve 17 different Air Force organizations. Ultimately, migrated total capability to provide baseline for an Air Force-level classified portal. • Integrated dozens of applications, created 100+ Java/J2EE servlets with XML registration pages, and constructed 1,200 static and dynamic JSP content modules. • Provided content management, software development, training and help desk support. • For one agency spearheading the investigation of the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster, created a separate portal instance and implemented a unique three-tier security access control system. • Rewrote much of the Java Struts-based Broadvision portal software to provide new capabilities, including sub-portals, unlimited number of branded content pages, enhanced security, improved collaboration, and document management. • Initial portal efforts included requirements definition, technology evaluations, and a cost-benefit analysis to recommend the technological solution.
