Management of a project of early intervention services aimed at children and young people that have been exposed to domestic abuse and violence.Responsible for:1. A service delivery team based across the Neath Port Talbot and Powys areas.2. Contract compliance, performance and quality.3. Co-ordination of project steering groups and partnership working.4. Ensuring that we deliver a co-ordinated and holistic early intervention and support service to children and young people who are exposed to domestic abuse.

National

1. Management of a large team of delivery staff working across a national geography.2. Creation and implementation of a delivery model that supports people with disability to find employment3. Use of innovative solutions to overcome barriers and problems.4. Achievement of quality assurance, contract compliance and performance in line with profiles.

South East Wales

1. Responsibility for ensuring that performance and quality of services are maintained at a high standard always promoting a 'best in class' approach to our work.2. Management of services to meet or exceed objectives within a working budget for the project.3. Leadership of a team of delivery staff with objectives to ensure individual and team achievement.4. Responsible for maintaining working relationships with project commissioner including performance and quality assurance, financial profiling and contract compliance5. The implementation of innovative ways of working that maximise resources, opportunities and potential for success.

1. Support people that are disadvantaged by ill health or disability to secure employment or training opportunities2. Provide support and guidance to small, medium and large employers to ensure that disabled people have the opportunity to thrive and succeed in the workplace 3. Work to ensure that disability is not portrayed within the labour market in a negative way with both employers and job seekers.4. Provide a link between employers, job seekers and statutory support provisions such as Access to Work that aids disability in the workplace.
