o Responsible for all Mechanical Rotating Equipment Maintenance & Reliability activities at the EVAL Facility.o Work hand-in-hand with Rotating Specialists, Planners, Schedulers & other Stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute routine and emergency repair plans on a wide range of rotating equipment.o Built plant-wide Vibration Analysis Program from scratch, preventing 49 equipment failures in its first year.o Established the Company’s first Ultrasonic Greasing Program, reducing motor bearing failure rate by >40%.o Achieved an 8% increase in Equipment Availability KPI's from 2020 to 2023, from 91% to 99%, setting new all-time production records despite less than five critical in-line rotating spares site-wide.o Responsible for all Rotating Turnaround activities; the only group ahead of schedule & budget in 2024 Outage.o Developed new procedures for critical Millwright work & rolled out / trained Technicians personally.o Worked with vendors to solve complex problems, create one-off solutions, & build critical service relationships.o Trained Production Technicians, Millwrights, & other Engineers for knowledge-sharing purposes.o Identified & executed critical Task Force solutions to the challenges with the most severe impact to production.Presented solutions & progress updates to Senior Management on a regular basis. o Responsible for all aspects of rotating equipment planning, procurement, & execution for Plant Turnarounds.o Self-driven & self-motivated, focused on both short & long-term, big-picture performance driven by data.o Management of Change Responsible Person & Lead Investigator for Failure Root Cause Investigations.o Oversaw all Field Acceptance Tests (FAT) for critical equipment, travelling to GER/JAP/MEX for FAT’s in ’23-’24.o Planned, executed, & personally approved all critical hold points for Turnaround overhauls.
