Mike began his real estate career as a licensed realtor in 2004 when he joined one of Canada’s leading commercial brokerage firms. During this time, Mike moved up to the position of Associate Vice President. He was a member of the companies top 2 producing team’s and was responsible for transacting over 15 million square feet. Mike’s ongoing success could largely be attributed to his commitment to building and maintaining key relationships with both users of real estate and the investment and development communities. At the end of 2019, Mike jumped at the opportunity to join another top producing team - Jeff Ham Team - The Fresh Approach. With this reposition, by adding a commercial service line, Mike and the Team now have the ability to provide a much higher level of value for all clients.Mike is extremely excited to bring his knowledge/experience gained from providing real estate solutions to some of the most recognized corporations in the world, to “The Fresh Approach”!
