We have well established contacts in the UK, Japan, Australia and North America with accounts at all the major vehicle auction houses.After 15 years management experience in Nationwide and Global corporate business's here in NZ I have refined my skills and professional aptitude to be able to work to deadlines and always offer a no nonsense approach to problem solving. As an electrician by trade I have always maintained a keen interest in renewable energy projects and electric vehicles. Our business is the authorised distributor of Indespension trailers from the UK.

Based In Blenheim

After enduring 18 months of life in Christchurch post September 4th I felt it was time to try and strike a better work life balance and put family first.In returning to Blenheim with J.A. Russell (Trading as Radcliffe Electrical) the change in business culture was refreshing.

Christchurch

Subsequent to restructuring within the business I was promoted to become the Area Sales and Operations Manager (Upper South Island). This was overseeing operations for 12 branch's across the two banners being Ideal Electrical Suppliers and Rexel Electrical Supplies. Within this role I amalgamated several locations along with much restructuring. A nationwide re-branding exercise to one trading name of Ideal Electrical Suppliers soon followed. This was a interesting and insightfull process to be involved with.

Within this role I was also acting branch manager of the Christchurch city branch. This was the largest Rexel branch in New Zealand for the Rexel brand. My role as acting branch manager was to implement strategies to improve and prepare the business for a move to a new purpose built warehouse in Christchurch on Montreal Street.

I managed a provincial branch for Rexel in Marlborough for seven years. During my time there the business was transformed to being one of the most profitable in the network and enjoying 50% market share.

Electrical Engineering

I am a qualified city and guilds electrical engineer. During my time in the UK once qualified I became self employed and operated.
