My role as Special Counsel - Ethics is part of the Law Institute of Victoria's Ethics, Wellbeing & Practitioner Support Department which provides assistance to Victorian lawyers faced with ethical and practical dilemmas. We support our lawyers by providing quick telephone/email assistance, we provide administrative support to the LIV Ethics Committee, we publish helpful ethics articles and provide speakers for customised ethics training sessions. Promoting wellbeing in the profession will be a priority for department in 2019 - 2020.
