- To set, monitor and control planned PTC installation on 2 production sites - Defined and validate with customer 1 month ahead planning with customer - Align weekly production planning with the project Master Schedule - Update the Master Schedule on a weekly basis (advance/delay) and define if required recovery plan - Monitoring of planned resources to ensure the production plan will be achieved.
