The Claimant seeks more than $450 million. Among many contributions, Michael has drafted portions of major case briefing and helped prepare and present Respondents’ major expert witness. In re: Strudel Holdings LLC and AVR AH, LLC: Represented family office in adversarial proceeding stemming from sale of real property assets worth over $40 million in bankruptcy court in the Southern District of Texas. Michael drafted numerous motions—including a successful motion to reconsider—and participated in an expedited three-week discovery process and evidentiary hearing.
