Lead the team through an unexpected temporary shutdown, and subsequent restart, of the facility due to a pipeline outage. Developed procedures, mobilized personnel and critical materials/equipment to successfully shut down and preserve the plant in severe winter conditions. Developed restart operations and maintenance plans, hired and trained operations personnel and provided leadership to achieve a safe and successful restart of production.
