• Removal of U-bolts supporting various hydrocarbon pipes at height on Akpo FPSO Total oil field.• Lifting of various hydrocarbon pipes after U-bolt removal to get access to corroded areas of the pipes under the support.• Surface Preparation of corrodes areas using power brushing tools and various abrasive tools.• Installation of Roller Kit after surface preparation to prevent water ingress and inhibit corrosion• Touch up painting of affected areas to further prevent corrosion and finally U-bolt installation.• Take pictures of affected areas before and after job done to prepare report which is presented to the supervisor.

•Perform visual inspection, ultrasonic thickness measurement of piping, pressures vessels and storage tanks at Egina FPSO Total oil field, Akpo FPSO Total oil field.• Write inspection reports, plans, repair recommendations and other inspection documents.• Take pictures and/or video of completed work for presentation to the client.• Using industrial rope access services to access high areas.• Reading and interpretation of P&ID/ISO diagrams

= Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance when due on Genset, solar converters and rectifiers = 24 hours response time, on call (in line with MTTR policy) from N.O.C = Solar panel and backup battery installation and maintenance. = Troubleshoot and maintain OPEX saving device problems, ATS/AMF repairs = Rectifiers/converters maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. = D.G/A.C (Generators 17KVA) parts replacement, servicing and reporting on faulty components. = Monitor and manage diesel supply and consumption on assigned sites. = Provide daily update on site availability.
