As a psychotherapist, my primary objective is to facilitate the mental health and well-being of my clients. My role involves working with individuals, couples, and families to identify and address the underlying causes of their emotional and psychological distress. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy and behavioral modification, to help clients develop effective coping strategies and problem-solving skills. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, and to gain insight into their own behaviors and motivations. My ultimate aim is to empower my clients to take control of their own lives and to achieve their full potential.

During my time working at PAPYRUS as a support worker, I had the privilege of working with young people who were struggling with suicidal thoughts and feelings. My role was to provide emotional support, guidance, and advocacy to help them navigate these difficult times and find hope for the future.Some of my key responsibilities included providing one-on-one support to young people, connecting them with resources such as counseling and therapy, and working with their families and other professionals to ensure that they were receiving the care and support they needed. I also worked to raise awareness about suicide prevention and to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues.Working with young people who are struggling with suicidal thoughts and feelings can be incredibly challenging, but it is also incredibly rewarding. Seeing young people find hope and healing is an experience that I will always cherish, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to have made a positive impact in their lives.

In my previous role as a social worker working with vulnerable young people, I was responsible for providing support, guidance, and advocacy to help young people overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential. I worked closely with young people and their families to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans that addressed their unique challenges and strengths. My responsibilities included providing counseling and emotional support, connecting young people with resources, advocating for their rights, collaborating with other professionals, and monitoring their progress over time. While this work could be challenging at times, I found it to be incredibly rewarding to see young people overcome their challenges and thrive.
