About Michael Jakobsen Dongsted

Many years of experience with Management of both white colar and blue colar Workers.Highly experienced in developing and running production automation lines and cells, with high focus on flow and stability. Broad experience in selling various technical complicated products as production lines and automations cells. Many years of experience with sourcing and outsourcing of technical complicated products. I have worked for more than 30 years with production automation, eighter developing and setting up automation lines / systems or selling these. One of my strongest sides is that I can work with people on all levels in a company and I enjoy working with people on all levels. I have tried myself to work on the floor and seen several companies from that perspective, but at the same time I have also worked for several years as a part of the managements team in a company with around 700 employees. My strongest side at all is in my opinion, my ability to turn technical theory into something that can be handled in practice, across different cultures and languages - Especially automation of metal products that should be formed, welded and/or surface treated. My Motto: Things must not be done more complicated than necessary. All success and good results depend on the ability to understand and work with other people.
