Working with my business partners we continue to expand and further improve on the world class service we offer our clients.In 2021 my 3 partners and I sold this very successful company to New Heritage Private Equity. it is now part of their Welcome Dairy portfolioln my day-to-day worklife however, membrane separation and fractionation has always been an inspiration and vocation.My time at Friesland Campina was the culmination of almost 30 years experience in process membrane technology. After 24 years working on the design construction and installation of over 300 systems world wide, finally I had the chance to see how they really work, and focus on bringing together the very best in engineering designs with the very best in product development. Form follows function! This was a phenomenal experience working at a fantastic organisation. Today RFC has undoubtedly become one of the worlds leading exponents in the use of membrane technology for innovative world-class dairy products. It was my role to deliver an absolutely cutting edge implementation of membrane technology. The results have exceeded all expectations
