My wife Laura is a personal trainer and fitness instructor and together we have an online fitness business focused around the 'Laura Dorgan Fitness App'.I branded, created and developed social media and marketing strategies for the business as well as the companies website, lauradorganfitness.com in addition to producing video and photographic content across all digital platforms. In 2017 we developed the “Laura Dorgan Fitness App”, which allows users to train with Laura at any time or place. The app has over 300 video demonstrations with voiceovers showing users how to perform each exercise safely and effectively as well as ensuring clients get the most out of their workouts. The app has been tremendously successful since its launch in September with our effective use social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook) being key drivers in sales.We are constantly developing and updating the app and recently, in conjunction with a local GP, launched a pregnancy feature focusing on mothers-to-be to train in a safe yet effective manner
