Ensure that the business would be operational in the event of an emergencyo Regularly communicate emergency plans to stakeholders• Research and evaluate “Value Added Services” and “Vendor Managed Inventory”• Build network with other distributors across the country to understand and establish best practices• Continuing education and training for operations
