As the key contact for the EPiC Program and other projects as required, I seek input from key staff across the organisation to define requirements, confirm priorities, plan appropriate engagement and communication in collaboration with the Change Manager. I champion technology solutions (including Banner, DegreeWorks, Service Now etc.) and drives adoption to improve processes and user experience. I work collaboratively with the National Manager Enrolment and Student Records; Coordinator, Course Completion; Coordinator, Curriculum Management and National Manager Student Systems Operations to ensure successful outcomes and the smooth transition of new systems and processes to business as usual.
