Michael Doucette is the Chief Operating Officer of Kelly Financial Services, LLC, and a licensed Investment Advisor Representative. He has more than 25 years of financial services industry experience.Previously, Mike was a managing director at Pioneer Financial Group, where he was responsible for the firm’s growth in Greater Boston. Prior to joining Pioneer, he was a managing director with The Bulfinch Group in Needham. He also served as a vice president with Penn Mutual in Braintree, and as a financial advisor with Baystate Financial in downtown Boston.As an agency manager, Mike was also awarded GAMA's Frontline Leadership Award.Mike combines his knowledge and experience to provide solutions for our clients in the face of today’s extraordinary financial and retirement challenges.Mike sees himself as objective and knowledgeable, but more importantly, trustworthy and caring. He takes a holistic approach to financial strategies that starts by truly listening to the client and subsequently building a financial solution based on their unique goals and objectives. Helping people solve their financial challenges is the most satisfying part of his work.Mike earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, where he met his wife Mary. Mike and Mary reside in Canton, Massachusetts with their three sons, Michael, Ryan and William.
