Professional Life:For the past two and a half years I have worked in a customer success environment. Honing my ability to work towards common goals and ensuring all of my Customers are as successful as possible. I take consultative approach and realize communication is critical to obtain alignment. I take the time to understand the customers goals and issues and connect them with the right resources to ensure they're successful.I believe there is always something to learn and with Information Technologies rapid changing pace, there’s always a new software to learn. I love collaborating with others (either in person or virtual) to gain different perspectives. You will not be successful if you do not gain insight on how your teammates are successful. With the vast amount of data that is out there, studying and collaborating with teammates is key to getting your customers to realize ROI. I am consistently learning new things, and Splunk and their data to everything platform has provided me with great knowledge of the IT world. This includes use cases within ITOPs, Security, Dev Ops, SOAR, APM etc.About Me:I have earned a bachelor’s degree of Economics from Dalhousie University. My experience within this program developed my analytical mind and improved my ability to analyze quantitative data and make predictions on how it will affect the world around me. I have an excellent ability to lead administrative responsibilities, work in teams and to work independently. My biggest strength is my work ethic. I have no problem working outside of my hours.
