Serving as a human resources and payroll consultant for various clients I offer a broad range of services from contract creation and management to disciplinary mediation, payroll and reporting, return of earnings declarations, various statutory submissions and IRP5 tax submissions and reconciliations.

In this role I predominantly assisted with administration, internal scheduling and project management as well as social media content creation and scheduling. I also acted as a client liaison with regard to feedback, statistics and monthly programme management.

Working as the Administration Manager for Servelec Holdings I managed a small team handling the human resources, payroll, administration and day to day running and support for the Servelec Group. Furthermore, my role extended to various other tasks such as statutory tax submissions, BEE, EE, bargaining council relations and financial administration. I also head up the Servelec Groups social committee and I am involved in the planning and execution of most social events.

In this temporary position I assisted with the writing and implementing of new procedures to ensure smooth operation. I was also responsible for overseeing the ordering, scheduling, production and quality control of the panel manufacturing factory and team.

As Project Administrator and Assistant to the Project Manager at Servelec I was responsible forassisting the project managers in any way possible. These tasks ranged from the preparation of health and safety files, liaising with staff, ordering materials, capturing labor times, visiting sites and any other task that may have been given to me. One of these tasks included the organizing and overseeing the cleaning out and re-organization of the company store. These tasks also extended to the role of a junior project manager, handling some of the smaller projects.

While studying I worked over the holidays as an administrative assistant to gain experience in the field. During this period I predominantly assisted with the gathering and compilation of information for a BBBEE audit as well as any other tasks given to me. These included attending CCMA sessions and other administrative duties.
