As Sr. Manager of Service Solutions, I'm tasked with building out & defining the technical service solutions that MaxGen offers. Working closely with customers to understand & identify their issues, developing an executable scope of work that will provide long-term problem resolution, transparently pricing our services for customer approval & clearly articulating our mode of execution to the Field Service team for delivery. This role requires broad & extensive expertise with Solar PV & EV infrastructure & industry best practice and a comprehensive understanding of the NEC in order to provide precise, cost effective & permanent solutions for our customers.

As Sr. Manager of Training I've built a successful Onboarding program for new technicians and ongoing technical development for our existing technicians across all business units (Commercial, Utility & D/B). This program provides a clear career path for our field team and allows our technicians to develop their skills & abilities to better serve our customer base. I've achieved Basic CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor certification & am an NFPA 70e instructor. Along with these qualifications I hold various Electrical Contractor licenses in Alabama (GC & EC), Georgia (EC), North & South Carolina (EC), Michigan (EC) & Kansas (EC).

As Sr. Manager of Field Services I directly manage a nationwide network of remote Field Managers and Technicians. Responsible for their daily work cycle from planning, scheduling, execution, field support & closeout of multiple job tasks that include; 3rd party Commissioning, Preventative & Corrective Maintenance projects that total over $1M in monthly revenue. Also planning & executing large corrective projects & campaign type retrofits that have a nationwide footprint and require several months to complete. Strict P/L analysis to manage expenses and team efficiencies to create a more productive and profitable field team is a key function of this position. Also, contract negotiations, project quoting & defining scope of work are crucial to this role.
