Most recently, I was the head of a solar division for an electrical company in Shasta County, CA. There, I led a team of 4 installers and 3 office staff, working to expand the company’s volume of solar installations across the region. In 2020, I broadened our company’s use of mobile applications like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and FaceTime so that sales and project monitoring could be accomplished virtually. This caused us to survive and thrive during the Covid-19 pandemic, when meeting in person with customers and coworkers was often not an option. Post 2020, I continued expanding our company’s utilization of mobile business applications to the extent that most of my work was thereafter accomplished remotely. In 2021, the sales I made in the solar division more than doubled overall company revenue from both the previous 2 years.● Started Redding Solar Energy as the solar division for a local electrical company.● Led team of 7 individuals in company of 15 staff to expand the company’s volume of solar installations across Shasta County and nearby regions.● More than doubled company revenue in 2021; sold approx $1.5M in revenue; I brought in ~$300K in profits split between the company owner and I.● Responsible for sales, proposal writing, marketing, project supervision, site-planning, scheduling, budget management, loan references, equipment orders, tech support, and customer relations.● Upheld 50% closing rate of all leads and closed 80% of deals with each prospective customer I sat down with. Closed deals remotely / virtually and in person.

● For construction company specializing in home improvements for peoples in Northern California, presented in-home sales presentations for potential customers.● Specialized in sales of windows and bathroom remodeling.● Worked commission based, 20-50 hours a week depending on company demand. Made bonus based on generating $100K+ per month. I accomplished this all of the several months in which I worked full-time (40+ hours a week).● Received positive feedback from customers who called into the office to compliment my personability, knowledgeability, and professionalism during presentations.

After graduation college, I became a remote Account Executive with Searchwire LLC. There, I sold web-generated real estate leads to realtors and lenders across the US. This involved thoroughly apprehending, and proceedingly articulating the utility and value of our company’s products and offerings in the then newly blossoming world of online goods and services. Colleagues often noted my empathetic disposition towards our clientele; I always aimed to emote heart-felt sympathy while assisting with any issues of complaint, thus reinforcing customer rapport with our company. I was praised by management for having displayed a relentless pursuit of obtaining new clients (our leads were all self-generated), which resulted in a constantly full pipeline, and many closed deals.● For real-estate lead generation company, made 50-100 calls per day to realtors / lenders for pitching our buyer leads. 100% remote from 2012 - ’14.● Researched, selected and called leads; explained product line and closed deals.
