Responsible for providing analytical support for 188 mission critical agency computer applications.Member of management project review team tasked with evaluating proposed projects, cost benefit analysis and strategic planning.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of over 5000 desktop computers/terminals and associated hardware at 300 locations throughout the state. Supervise, evaluate and schedule activities for eleven assigned staff. Manage daily activities for co-located IT personnel. Senior Level Help Desk support. Managed departmental servers and worked closely with OIR server support staff.Plan, review and assure deployments of systems to various elected officials throughout state. Develop, monitor strategic plan for time sensitive installations. Schedule/install various hardware and software associated with all functions of Department Of Safety, Member of Wireless LAN/WAN group designing future requirements. Provides technical guidance on various operation systems, software packages and resolving hardware and compatibility issues.
