Ensure that an RCI, SMRR, Coupons, and PID are submitted by our suppliers when necessary.• Responsible for contacting the receiving dock to ensure that parts have been received and that the goods receipt has been posted. • Led a procurement initiative to significantly reduce the number of unacknowledged purchase orders, as a total of 250 went unacknowledged for over 180 days.
