After starting in SAP in June 2012 as a Support Engineer within the CoE Mobile team gaining experience in SAP's mobile portfolio through the delivery of key customer engagements in both Europe and USA through knowledge transfer in the form of workshops, setup/configuration, optimization through single user testing/volume testing and support during critical project phases.In April 2015 I became Technical Lead within the team which included the added responsibility of the onboarding of newer colleagues and also the chance to work with SAP Frontoffice colleagues to position engagements and support customers on their journey.From here our team transitioned from the CoE Mobile team to the CoE Mobile & UX team where we also took responsibility for SAP's User Experience portfolio.In April 2018 I got the chance to step up and lead the Mobile & UX team as Manager with 25 SAP employees.Currently the team focuses on a wide range of topics including UI Development and Backend Integration for long term projects within SAP while also supporting customers by driving projects end to end, delivering knowledge transfer workshops, supporting with setup/configuration and in testing and improving existing solutions.This is across a broad range of products and technologies including:• UI5• OData• Fiori & S/4 Fiori• SAP Cloud Platform• SAP Leonardo• NetWeaver Gateway• Screen Personas• SAP Mobile Platform• Syclo applications such as Service Manager, Work Manager and Syclo Agentry
